Shipping
If you place your order on a business day before 16:00 the order will be delivered in 1-2 business days.
Ordered on a business day after 16:00 , your order will be completed the next day and from that day on, delivered in 1-2 business days.
Ordered over the weekend, your order will be completed on Monday and from Monday onwards, delivered in 1-2 business days.
Yes you can choose whether you want to receive your order at home or at a pick up point.
Shipping costs within the Netherlands are €6,95.
Orders placed on business days before 16:00 will be delivered in 1-2 working days.
Orders placed on business days after 16:00 will be packed the next day. And delivered in 1-2 working days.
Order placed during the weekend will be completed on Monday and from Monday onwards, delivered in 1-2 business days.
Shipping costs to Belgium & Germany are €9,95.
Orders placed on business days before 16:00 will be delivered in 2-5 working days.
Shipping costs to the rest of the EU are €9,95.

Returns & Exchanges
Returns & Exchanged can be made within 14 working days of receiving your order.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all labels attached and in their original packing.

Your return will be refunded and completed within 14 workings days after receiving .
Unfortunately this is not possible anymore after 14 working days.
In very exceptional situations you can send an email to klantenservice@studio-amaya.com .
You need to pay +/- €6,95 when you register your order (depending on your location).
When you send your entire order back you will reveive the shipping costs back in your total refund.
Exchanging costs are on us.
Unfortunately this is not possible. Our warehouse can only handle 1 return at the time. When you combine 2 orders in 1 package, only 1 will be processed.

Products & Stock
The best way to take care of your items is to follow the washing intrustions. You can find them in the care label in your garment or online under 'washing intrustions'.
You can chat with us 24/7 via the chat box on our website in the bottom right corner. We will try to advise and help you as best as we can.
When an item is not in stock anymore, you can register via the 'Notify Me When Available' button to get an e-mail when it's back in stock. An item might be back when returned.
